MoneyGrab Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy Effective Date: October 30, 2025

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy outlines how the App collects, uses, and shares information when accessed on mobile and web platforms. The App does not require an account, and we do not maintain a user database or host personal data on our servers. Limited information may be processed on your device or by trusted third-party service providers, including advertising and app store partners.

2. Information We Collect

- Usage and gameplay data: Non-personal information about sessions, levels, scores, time played, and in-app events to enhance gameplay and balance.

- Device and technical data: Information such as device model, OS version, app version, language, country/region (derived from device settings), crash logs, and diagnostics to ensure performance and stability.

- Advertising identifiers: Mobile advertising IDs (i.e., IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) used for analytics and ad personalization only with your consent as required.

- In-app purchase status: Product identifiers, purchase confirmations, and receipts/tokens necessary to unlock content. Payment processing is managed by the platform (Apple App Store, Google Play), and we do not receive your full payment information.

- Web build (if accessed through a browser): Standard browser/device data and storage (e.g., localStorage) and, where applicable, cookies or similar technologies utilized by our analytics/advertising partners.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

3. How We Use Information

- To provide and operate the App's features (e.g., saving progress, displaying rewarded/Interstitial ads).

- To enhance gameplay, stability, and performance (e.g., balancing levels, fixing crashes).

- To process and validate in-app purchases.

- To personalize or measure advertising as permitted by law and platform policies.

- To prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.

Legal bases under the GDPR (when applicable): performance of contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (App improvement, non-personal analytics, non-personalized ads), and consent (personalized ads, cross-app tracking on iOS).

4. Advertising and Analytics

We may display ads and obtain analytics from third-party partners (e.g., mobile ad networks like Google AdMob). These partners may utilize device data and advertising identifiers to:

- Deliver, limit frequency, and measure ads.

- Personalize ads when consented to or serve contextual ads otherwise.

- Detect and prevent fraud.

On iOS, we request permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT). If declined, we will not access the IDFA and will serve only contextual ads.

5. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only the data necessary to fulfill the purchase (e.g., product ID and validation) and do not access your full payment details.

6. Data Storage and Retention

- On-device data: Gameplay progress and settings may be stored locally on your device or browser.

- Our servers: We do not maintain personal profiles on our servers. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained by us or our partners to support and improve the App.

- Retention period: Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as mandated by law or platform policies.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age specified by local law (e.g., 13 in the U.S., 16 in certain EU regions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Platform-level parental controls can assist in managing app access and ad settings.

8. Your Choices and Controls

- iOS (ATT): You can enable or deny tracking in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and you can modify your choice at any time.

- Personalized ads:

   - iOS: Limit or reset your advertising identifier in system settings.

   - Android: Opt-out of Ads Personalization and reset your advertising ID in system settings.

   - Web: Manage cookie/storage permissions and ad preferences in browser settings and consent dialogs.

- Notifications and permissions: You can manage permissions in your device settings. Lack of permission may limit certain features.

9. “Do Not Sell or Share” (U.S. State Privacy Laws)

Where applicable, ad personalization may be considered a "sale" or "sharing." You can restrict such processing by:

- Denying tracking (iOS ATT).

- Opting out of personalized ads and resetting your ad ID (Android and iOS).

- Managing browser-level ad/cookie settings (web).

We respect platform-level choices and will serve contextual ads when personalization is limited.

10. International Data Transfers

Our advertising and analytics partners may process data on servers globally. They implement safeguards consistent with applicable laws during data transfers.

11. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date and, when necessary, providing additional notice within the App.

13. Additional Information

- No account is required to use the App.

- We do not directly host or maintain user profiles on our servers.

- If you limit tracking or personalized ads, you will still see ads, although they may be less relevant.
